About the role

This is a full-time (or school hours) role working as part of an energetic admin & marketing team. The purpose of this role is to assist the team with a range of administration duties, including but not limited to:

• Website updates including posting of news articles, videos and project case studies across 2 websites and social media
• Manage all auto responders after each email out, actioning changes and requests
• Getting supplier quotes
• Organising the distribution of marketing materials as needed
• Answer incoming calls as needed 
• Manage student enquiries, assessment work and liaison with RTO
• Other general administration duties

• Enthusiastic and able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
• Ability to learn and retain client information and internal processes
• Ability to meet and exceed targets including KPIs
• Have excellent communication, organisational, multi-tasking and time management abilities
• Be flexible with a can-do, positive attitude
• Produce accurate and quality work, with a great attention to detail.
• Derive great joy from being organised and being on top of things. 
• A ticked list at the end of the day brings a smile to your face and a spring to your step. 
• You are happy to work at least 3 days in the office .
