Email marketing services

Make more revenue from every customer you win

More people over the line, more customers coming back, and more value over time.

We run lifecycle communications that move people to the next step. From first interest to first purchase/booking, then into repeat engagement and ultimately more revenue for you.

In plain terms, we help businesses:

  • Capture — turn traffic/enquiries into contactable people
  • Convert — follow up properly so more people buy/book
  • Keep them active — stay in touch so they don’t drift
  • Grow value — increase value per customer over time (upsell/cross-sell where it fits)
  • Prompt advocacy — reviews, referrals and “bring a friend” when it makes sense

These are the monthly service levels for Customer Lifecycle Management — so customers keep moving from first interest to first action, repeat engagement, and advocacy.

Choose the level of support that fits your reality

The difference between these levels isn’t how many emails you get.

It’s how much responsibility Spinifex takes on.

Email Campaigns

per month

minimum 3 months

Consistent, professional campaign emails to keep you visible and support key moments.

Lifecycle Growth

per month

minimum 6 months

Planned campaigns plus always-on follow-up, so customers keep moving to the next step.

Lifecycle Growth Plus

Starting at

per month

minimum 12 months

The same lifecycle service, with more capacity and deeper optimisation for more complex organisations.

Email Campaigns

At this level, campaigns can do two jobs:

  • Keep you in people’s orbit (updates, education, reminders, staying visible)
  • Support key moments (offers, launches, bookings, promos, announcements)
  • 1 fully managed campaign email per month
  • Landing page optimisation for email traffic
  • Copywriting, design, QA, and send
  • Core email template setup
  • Basic database hygiene

$1,750

per month
minimum 3 months

Email supports awareness or reminders.

Follow-up is still largely manual.

You want consistency without adding complexity.

Lifecycle Growth

At this level, we run two things at the same time:

  • Always-on follow-up (so customers move from first interest to repeat business and referrals)
  • Planned campaigns (so sending is consistent and purposeful)
  • Lifecycle review + priority plan (Month 1)
  • Database clean-up and segmentation improvements
  • Optimisation of key lifecycle journeys (based on your customer journey)
  • Campaign planning + content support
  • Monthly report + monthly review tweaks
  • Quarterly direction review

$3,000

per month
minimum 6 months

This is the level most service businesses choose because it removes manual follow-up without over-engineering.

Lifecycle Growth Plus

At this level, the work is the same as Lifecycle Growth, but bigger and more complex:

  • More campaign output + testing (because scale needs more iteration)
  • More lifecycle depth (more paths, stages and customer types)
  • More campaign production capacity
  • Deeper segmentation and targeting
  • More complex lifecycle logic (multiple paths/stages/customer types)
  • Stronger testing and optimisation rhythm
  • Closer monthly performance review and prioritisation

Starting at

$5,000

per month
minimum 12 months

You send more frequently and need a proper rhythm.

You have multiple customer groups and offers to manage.

You need lifecycle comms to keep up without becoming chaos.

How this pays for itself

These services don’t rely on a magic campaign or a big one-off win. They earn their keep by doing the basics properly, every month:

  • following up consistently
  • improving timing across the customer journey
  • stopping money leaking after the first enquiry/purchase
  • reducing the amount of manual chasing and last-minute scrambling

For a lot of businesses, this starts to make obvious commercial sense around the $1M mark, where small improvements compound quickly.

That said, turnover alone isn’t the deciding factor. If you’re an eCommerce brand with steady acquisition and real repeat-purchase potential, this can make sense earlier because better follow-up lifts revenue from customers you’re already paying to acquire.

We use turnover as a guide, not a rule and we’ll sanity-check fit before recommending a service level.

What our email marketing services actually do

Across the businesses we work with, email earns its keep by:

  • improving follow-through (people act sooner and come back sooner)
  • reducing owner-dependent/manual follow-up
  • supporting enquiries, bookings, renewals, and repeat engagement
  • creating consistency across teams
  • making outcomes measurable instead of assumed

Email works by doing small things well, consistently — staying visible, following up at the right time, and bringing people back sooner.

These services suit repeat-engagement businesses where timing and follow-up directly affect revenue, including:

  • service and trade businesses
  • eCommerce and subscription businesses
  • professional and B2B services
  • organisations with bookings, enquiries, renewals, or repeat purchases

If email outcomes matter commercially, not just for visibility, these services are designed to take that system off your plate.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. This work relies on consistency, learning, and iteration not a one-off burst.

As a guide:
Email Campaigns — 3 months
Lifecycle Growth — 6 months
Lifecycle Growth Plus — 12 months (with a 90-day checkpoint)

After the minimum period, services continue month to month. We’re upfront about this because short-term engagements rarely deliver meaningful results, for you or for us.

How long before we see results?

We don’t rush changes in the first few weeks, because guessing is expensive.

Month 1 is about getting control: access, baseline, what’s working now, what’s leaking, and agreeing the plan and send rhythm. We’ll also prepare the first improvements so the handover doesn’t disrupt revenue.

From Month 2 onward, you’ll start seeing performance move as we optimise the follow-up and improve campaigns.

By 90 days, you should have a steady rhythm in place and clear evidence of what’s improving (and what we’re changing next).

Can we change service levels later?

Yes. As businesses grow or complexity increases, it’s common to move between service levels. We’ll always recommend changes based on commercial sense.

Does this include landing pages?

Landing page optimisation is included where it supports email performance typically messaging, CTAs, trust elements, and mobile experience.

Full website builds or large-scale page creation are scoped separately where required.

Do you build everything upfront?

No — and that’s intentional.

We set the foundations early, then improve what matters most first. Customer behaviour changes, your priorities change, and results come from steady improvement not a big “set and forget” build.

What do you mean by integration or systems?

It just means your email and SMS reflect what’s actually happening in the business, things like:

new enquiries, purchases, bookings, delivery, replenishment, or customers going quiet.

The point is better timing and smarter targeting, not more technology.

(And if something genuinely needs custom development, we scope it separately.)

Are software licences or integration costs included?

No. Third-party software and any required middleware or custom integrations are scoped separately and agreed before work begins.
